the last few days have been busy..
We are in Rome, and today will add a few more latin-greek roots to our books. Math is going well and everyone is making progress everyday..
Yesterday we got into the christmas spirit by making salt dough orniments (after we did our bookwork of course) ,the kids seemed to really enjoy making them. I was informed earlier this morning the kids want to put on a christmas play for us, cant wait to see what they come up with..
We went to the library this morning, the kids got to play on the computers and pick out books. I had to return one of my new favorite books called "Creative Homeschooling" ..it's one worth buying I think..and thankgoodness no one had a hold on the Phantom Tollbooth so I could recheck it..the kids have really been enjoying it!
Last night Catherine was reading a book about Dacshunds and found word and its meaning from the latin language..she was excitting and had to share it with me.
I hope to post pics soon but have to get batteries for my camera first :) ..
