the post that almost was

Well.. I HAD created this wonderful post with lots of pictures and highlights of our last few days.. when I was finished I went to post it and it was lost into the oblivion that is cyberspace. For some reason blogger was gone and my post was no where to be found.

I will try a shorter version .. because I have other things needing done right now :)
What we read today:
Bible, Moses, and the story of Balak and Balaam.
So You Want to Be President
From the Mixed up File of Mrs Basil E. Frankweiler
What we listened to today:
The Story of the World: Sinbad and the Valley of Snakes.
The Spanish radio channel, the birds, the dog, the wind
What we did today:
Math, penmanship, drawing, jumping, skooter riding, sidewalk chalk art, kitchen cleaning, bed making, friendship bracelet making, just sitting and talking on the couch.

More exciting posts later.. art is calling my name! :)

Please see the pictures below which are from a presentation we got to see a week or so ago with David Small and his wife Sarah Stewart. They were GREAT.. kids had a great time and were so inspired!
